Huntington Central Park spans roughly 350 acres across both sides of Goldenwest — trails, two lakes, the Adventure Playground's summer mud slide, the Central Library, an equestrian center, a disc golf course, and the Sports Complex. Whatever your family's park personality is, some corner of Central Park already does it.
The neighborhood tier
The city maintains dozens of neighborhood parks, and most family tracts sit within a short walk of one. Standouts get local followings — Murdy and Edison anchor their community centers with fields and courts, harbour-side parks add water views to swing sets, and southeast parks connect to the Santa Ana River trail network for stroller miles that turn into training-wheel miles.
